TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

  • To confirm your booking, you are required to pay a 50% deposit to [hold the date], which forms part of your total payment and is non-refundable if you cancel.
  • Balance payment is due 14 days before your event day, or cash on your event day, unless otherwise agreed.
  • If there are adverse working conditions such as inappropriate behaviour, illegal activity or NO proper shelter provided and not rectified by the Client when it has been bought to their attention; the Artist reserves the right to leave the event without refunding monies.
  • The Artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that is drunk, abusive or displaying inappropriate behaviour (adults or children).
  • Photos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes and/or on social networking. Please advise the Artist if you don’t wish to be photographed.
  • Liability Statement: Whilst we use cosmetic grade, professional face paints and makeup, the Artist is not liable for allergic reactions. Those with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate or should have the Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event.
  • Those with cuts/abrasions, eczema, sores/cold sores, lice, acne or any obvious health issues inc. but not limited to; contagious chicken pox, conjunctivitis or impetigo (school sores) will not be painted.
  • Children under 2 years will be required to be accompanied by an adult and most painted on the arm.
  • Unwilling children or adults will not be painted.
  • Whilst the Artist will take reasonable care, we will not be responsible for damage to clothing or property.
  • The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by guests/pets and/or damage to the Artists equipment or supplies caused by guests/pets.
  • The behaviour of guests is the responsibility of the Client or Parent.
